SuperMatch Pet creates AI pet illustrations and an eight-section personality report using pet information, photos, personality signals, and MBTI-inspired mood signals.

The operator is STUDIO Hwagok Super, represented by Hyeongjin Park.

We may change service composition or delivery methods after notice where needed for stability, legal compliance, or product improvement.

Users must be at least 14 years old or have appropriate guardian consent.

The product includes AI personality analysis, four illustrations, an eight-section report, gallery, and downloads.

The price is KRW 4,900 regardless of locale.

One payment creates one language result. A different language requires a new purchase for the same pet.

Other language reports may be offered later as separate products.

Users may delete their pet information or reports. Deletion does not mean refund, and a new purchase may be required to create a new result.

Users must provide accurate information and must not upload photos or materials that violate others' rights.

Photos containing human faces, unsafe content, hate, violence, sexual material, illegal content, or likely copyright infringement may be rejected.

Users are responsible for access caused by sharing account credentials or guest result links.

The service may be used through email, social login, or guest result links.

Users must keep their account and result links secure and notify us of unauthorized use.

Fraud, payment abuse, or unauthorized use of another person's information may result in service restrictions.

Payments are processed through PortOne card checkout.

Sensitive card data is handled by the payment provider. We store only the order identifiers, payment status, amount, and refund/support data needed for service operation.

Before payment, users must confirm that AI reports and images may start generating immediately. The acceptance timestamp and notice version are stored with the order.

Generation usually takes about 5-10 minutes after payment. After generation starts or the result link is provided, refunds for simple change of mind may be limited.

Refunds follow the Refund Policy at /legal/refund.

Users may use paid generated images and reports for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The SuperMatch Pet brand, UI, software, copy, logo, and operational data remain protected.

Personality and MBTI-inspired interpretation is entertainment content and does not guarantee real personality, health, behavior, or future events.

The service is not medical, veterinary, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

AI outputs may contain errors or unexpected expressions.

We may collect operational statistics such as AI call counts, generation status, cost estimates, and error categories for reliability and cost control.

Operational statistics are managed so they do not include direct identifiers such as account email or original photos.

Personal data handling follows the Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Material changes will be announced 30 days before they take effect where practicable.
