Privacy Policy

This Spanish Privacy Policy explains how SuperMatch Pet collects and uses the minimum information needed to provide AI pet personality reports, illustrations, payments, email, support, and security.
1. Information we collect
Required: email, account identifier, pet name, species, birth date, gender, MBTI selection or estimate, uploaded photos, guardian/family names, birth dates, relationship labels, optional MBTI inputs entered for family compatibility, generated content, orders, and payment status.
For guest checkout, we collect result delivery email, guest result token, and token expiry instead of an account identifier.
AI processing inputs may include pet information, photo review signals, report locale, generation prompts, generated text, and generated images.
Optional: locale, notification settings, marketing email consent, and profile image.
Automatically collected: IP address, logs, cookies, device/browser data, error logs, and payment flow status.
2. Purposes
To provide personality analysis, MBTI mood interpretation, four AI illustrations, eight-section reports, gallery, downloads, payment, email notifications, support, fraud prevention, service improvement, and incident analysis.
To prevent duplicate payment for the same result and manage order, refund, and support status.
We do not use the data for sale of personal data, behavioral advertising networks, marketing without consent, or automated legally significant decisions.
Marketing emails are sent only with consent.
3. Retention
Account data is deleted after a 30-day grace period following account deletion request.
Guest result links are generally valid for 30 days. Order records needed for payment, refunds, accounting, or dispute handling may be retained as required by law.
Payment and transaction records may be retained for five years where Korean e-commerce laws require it.
Pet photos, essays, and generated images are deleted on account deletion, pet deletion, or report deletion request except where retention is legally required.
Digital-content notice acceptance records may be retained with order records for dispute handling and legal compliance.
4. Processors
OpenAI for AI generation, PortOne for payments, Resend for email, Supabase for auth/database/storage, Vercel for hosting, Sentry for error monitoring, and Cloudflare for DNS/security.
5. AI processing and model training
Pet information, uploaded photos or derived photo signals, and prompts may be sent to AI model providers such as OpenAI to create reports and images.
We do not separately opt in to share OpenAI API inputs or outputs for model training. Provider policies may allow limited retention for abuse monitoring, security, or legal compliance.
AI outputs are creative content and are not used as legally significant automated decisions, veterinary diagnosis, health advice, or behavior treatment.
6. De-identified operational statistics
We may collect operational statistics such as daily AI call counts, generation success or failure status, cost estimates, and error categories for reliability, cost control, and quality improvement.
These operational statistics are managed so they do not include direct identifiers such as name, email, or original photos.
7. User rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, and data export.
Some requests can be handled in My Page. Additional requests may be sent to supermatchbyhs@gmail.com.
Guest users may make requests using their result link or the email address used for checkout.
8. Cookies and security
Cookies are used for login sessions, locale, security, and payment continuity.
We use HTTPS, restricted admin access, separated service keys, minimized logs, and signed URLs.
